It is a vented cap so I'm not sure tight is an issue.

Hello spridgets,
noticed a soft pedal in the brakes, so i went to top up the fluid
and found that the little plastic cap to the master cylinder is
cracked and won't tighten up....
anybody got and extra?
does this have to be sealed up tight to be SAFE TO DRIVE?
