speaking of bandwidth

I continue to get multiples of nearly all messages... sometimes days after
they first appear on the list.

I checked, and am not subscribed to any "digests".

Thought maybe it could be anti virus related, but I'm using a completely
different system, and the problem persists.

Any ideas? Anyone else experience this on a regular basis? (I'd like to
eliminate any thought of it being related to the folks that host my
thicko.com mail).
