Small hinge from the hardware store. You can redrill the one side to fit 
the floor holes and use 2 small screws with nuts at the pedal.

VW back seat belts. late 80s/early 90s GTI, GOLF, and Jetta.
You have to remove the tilt ball NOT the inertia ball.
Now they will mount horizonally and they work real nice.

Upholstry shops charge less than you can buy the pre made covers.
My guy was getting $100 a seat last time I had a set done. He supplied 
everything and all I did was tell him how I wanted them to look.
Color, piping, style. He even painted the frames.

And for the really tight group, Pepboys sells genuine sheepskin seat 
covers for a few bucks. These thing really look like sh*!
