Interesting...
While I feel quite sure a decently calibrated FI system would certainly
bring up the bottom range (torque)
Vizard's studies indicate the Series A
makes it's best upper range power on large fuel droplets.
But my 8 valve '87 VW GTi has fuel injection and it goes like hell...
....smoothly and economically to boot, though it's no top end tiger at
all.
