I will say that David was on "Vacation", but the Manaflow LCB and
exhaust system were ordered as a set. The headers were "drop" shipped
to Jet-hot for coating and had to be dented before coating. The coating
is perfect and the package from Jet-hot was bomb proof, so I assume they
knew the dented header wouldn't be seen by me until after it had been
coated (to late to return it). As for the other problem the only
connection in the whole set-up was between the headers and system and
they were two different size pipes. They did pay for the return
shipping on the exhaust system and I had my local guy weld up the
smallest steel muffler he had and pipe for around half the price. I'm
very happy with the sound even if it won't set off all the car alarms in
the Casino parking garages anymore. I have always wondered if in their
desire to get rid of the dented headers, I got bit. I have always dealt
with a lady on the phone and have never had any contact with Anton. All
other orders I have had from them were fine.

You deal directly with Anton on this with
respect to mismatch and damaged header
or through one of his subordinates? Or
did you order individually a large bore header and exhaust system and
assume
they would match (unintended error plus
misunderstanding to one extent or the other?).
I ask only because this is so unlike my
experiences of the last 15 years+ with
this firm and David.
