Chris's answer is indeed the ideal solution, but I am curious about the
"save the forms as a .pdf file" line in there... What were they before you
saved them as pdf? Sounds a bit like the State of Illinois department that
was bragging about the high degree of accuracy they were able to achieve
when scanning and OCRing documents that they had printed on their laser
printer... no one has been able to explain why they would need to use ocr on
a document that they already had the ability to print.
