Well, unless they're a heck of a lot better made than they were ~30yrs ago,
they're going to have to be custom anyway, and assuming sizing hasn't
changed since then they are 'standard' in 0.005" increments.
That said, overboring should be limited to the minimum required to smooth
the bore to the nearest 0.005" to maintain the design integrity as much as
practical. At 0.030 over, ideally either the head will have to be shaved or
domed pistons used to bring the CR back up.
