Connecticut Bugeye siting

Anyone on the list an owner of the green 1960 Bugeye that was parked in the 
Loews Theater  parking lot in Planville, CT.  Connecticut licence#    "60 
BUGI"  or something like that.  Nice car.  How do you see where you are going 
with all of the stickers that are on the windshild?
