Timing gear

I purchased a new timing gear for both the crank and the cam for the 1275
engine. The gear for the crank has no mark to line up with. I realize that I
am old, and used to doing things the old way, so could someone please
explain how these new-fangled gears are suppose to be lined up when
installed.
