Winky Dink was a cartoon character in the shape of a star. You could send away and get the official kit so that each week you put the clear vinyl overlay on the TV screen and traced the next segment of lines to eventually complete a mystery drawing. I did a search on Winky Dink once and it came up a few places and had a picture if anyone cares to find it again.
