Given my preference, I would rather have you face my enemy with a bottle of
malt between you.
You could be a coward behind a wall with a knife or a malt also, you know?
If you are a coward, you are a coward. If a fight could be avoided, that is
the best option. So, if you are behind the wall with either a knife or a
gun or a malt, take the oportunity to go home. ( I assume that you are not
the aggressor? ) You never really totally win, though you can totally lose.
If I absolutely had to face my enemy, I would prefer to be at least equally
armed, and better trained. I would hate to show up with a malt for either a
knife or a gun fight. I would hate to show up with a knife for a gun fight.
It's been many years since I've thrown one, and there is the possibility
that it could be deflected. If I showed up with a pistol for a pistol
fight, I'd feel better, because I am a good natural shot. Rifles, . . .
depends how far, but, if it is really far, I can run. Nuclear war? Pass
the malt(s). : )
