Wistie...they put something in the fuel around here every winter to 
"oxygenate" and supposedly lower pollution.  Whatever it is makes the local 
repair shops a fortune because it loosens any gunk that's built up over the 
summer in fuel tank and lines and clogs the fuel filters.  The mechanics and 
the tow trucks do a brisk business in the fall here.
I'd think it would be unkind to pait too.
