I finally saw one.
While working in Bayonne, I spotted what appeared to be a Bugeye sprite.
As I approached, I saw the grille sure looked like a Bugeye and the top
of the bonnet headlights sure looked like a bugeye. But the rear end was
a Miata!
It's bad enough Miata practically carbon copied the Lotus elan, so now
they make a bugeye sprite front end for the thing.
I wonder if my neighbor can get a TR3 front end for her Nissan Maxipad?
