I agree with you about being cautious in
contaminated conditions (type of disc used notwithstanding) but quick
"drain"
of water is the only
advantage I personally see in using drilled
rotors on the street.
And yeah, "too cool" ain't cool at all when
it comes to having to stop right now.
Have never seen the need to use cross-drilled rotors and after this
informative discussion, won't bother
even giving them a thought in future.
