I haven't done this but there is no reason why a 3 way union could not be
plumbed near the top of the master cylinder (you would need a flaring tool)
with a line in, a line out and a bleed nipple on the 3rd. Alternatively I
have seen some fancy banjo bolts that incorporate a bleed nipple.
