Well I have my seats in for recovering. I got a call from the guy doing the
recovering and there is a small problem. I gave him 2 of the older style
"teardrop" headrest to recover. I want the headrests - so I sent them. I
prefer the older "teardrop" style to the newer "flat" style. However the
ones I have are not recoverable. The are molded plastic then filled with
foam. Now they are hard and can not be fixed. These are from mid 70's seats.
I would like to find a set of the "teardrop" style that are covered in
vinyl. I think, forgot to look in OS&M, that they may be available on the
earliest seats.
So anybody got a set of older head rests that can be recovered?? That is
have the cover taken off and replaced?
I may have to go with the "flat" ones just to get head rests, but would
prefer not to.
Thanks
Larry
