Same thing "up here". They go where the
big money is first and, this is perfectly
understandable (albeit pretty damn
frustrating!). Unless things "slow down"
in your area, you'll probably end up having
to do the work, yourself.

A buddy of mine in Stamford has been
trying to get a simply exhaust fan installed
in his "bar area" for the last two months or
so.........fogetaboudit!
