Hey, Bob-

"Leaking" LBC's would save the "re-oiling"
of road surfaces which occurs from time
to time in their normal maintenance, thus
saving scads of oil!!

Thus, we'd be "killing two birds" with the same rock in terms of public
service, by
putting more "leaking" LBC's on the road
in terms of crude oil savings, obviously!! :)
