I've been driving the Sprite as much as possible since getting it back on the
road
I've gotten the timing, points, valve carb and carbs adjusted correctly -
FINALLY
It smoke a little - bluish - oil smoke
Ran it yesterday and pulled the plugs when I got home and did a compression
check
#1, light brown plug tip, 135 - 140 psi
#2, slightly sooty plug tip, 145 - 150 psi
#3 light brown plug tip, 145 - 150 psi
#4 light brown plug tip, 140 - 140 psi
noticed 2 things
Smokes when I get on it hard Smokes worse after I coast a couple of hundred
yards
Is this a valve guide problem?
