Ahh yes, but don't you know it is timed to know when it is paid off so it can
start having big problems. At any rate, It's hard to believe, but it
probably will seem that the monthly payment on the house is really low
before it is paid off. At one time, our very moderate winter gas and
electric bill exceeded our monthly payment on the house. But it is better
than renting anyway. Congratulations Allen and enjoy your garage space and
privacy.
