Long time no hear from. How have you been?

As for the grate, I took it out on day one on both of my blast cabinets.
I had the cheapo from horrible frieght, then my wife bought me the bigger (not
better) Eastwood cabinet. I tossed the grates right away.
When you drop a bolt or small part, it fell through the grate. (Cheap cabinets
with large holed grates)
Also when the glass beads stopped funneling down, the grate had to come out to
swoosh the beads down with your hand.
I have not had any problems with clogs other than when I tried to blast a
powder coated light fixture, then all the sheets of *stuff* started clogging
the pick up tube.

But if you want a grate, pick up some mud floor lath at any home center, it's
cheap, comes in a roll, and should work well.
