Hey guys: There were two Sprites here. They looked just alike. One had a
supercharger. That was HIS. HE drove it but didn't have overheating
problems that I know about. It was gone by 1963, but the Judson wasn't on it
when it was sold.
The second one is MINE. It was a stock 948 except for the abarth exhaust and
a break-glass driving horn for 8 years. I drove it and did not have
overheating problems while running the California freeways. It was my only
car for over two years, while Bob was still in the service. It worked for
me!! (although 500# of concrete in the boot did change the handling
characteristics a bit)
