Nor Cal PG & E (no LBC)

All PG & E customers and outraged Californians,

Today, the paper has an advert. placed by PG & E employees asking for support 
against a CPUC proposal that would seem unfair.  If you don't want to pay "40 
to 55 percent more than people in Southern CA for the power the state is 
buying on their behalf " (qouted from the ad), then you can E-mail the CPUC
