Try your local Ford dealer. They have a lube (I THINK the part # is E25Y 19554-A) that is the so slimy it's almost impossible to get off your hands but will stop any thing rubber from making noise or binding up. Not expensive, either. It comes in a tube, they should know what your're talking about.
