OK, I've got that out of my system....
After spending quite a while tracing, fixing, refixing, and
re-refixing a problem with my right-side high beam, I
conclude that there must be a preferable alternative to the
Lucas bullet-connector system. The bullets themselves
are not so bad. You just gotta clean 'em sometimes.
But the hollow, pre-rusted, tubular (that's the punch
line in an old Spike Jones number -- TUBULAR!)
connectors seem to rust, corrode, and otherwise fall apart
no longer maintaining good contact with dem bullets.
Is there a better way? Or do I just order another gross
of single- and double connectors from the usual suspicious
sources?
