But Robert, what you said was the truth. NO BS.
I have a bunch of inlaws in the paving business.
Of course, lots of oil in the same spot will eat the asphalt.
and with all these relatives in the paving business, I still have a
concrete driveway because I have British cars ;)
PS, sealing a driveway with water based *stuff* will ruin it in time but
it looks nice for a few weeks.
Now spill a qt of oil somewhere and the EPA will get you.
BUT laying down a few hundred tons of oil thru the woods and calling it
a road is acceptable. Go figure!
