Yup I think they work,,
I'm running two rows of louvers from the headlights back on each side and
have absolutely NO heating problems. My frog has a 1380 with head and cam,
etc and only one electric cooling fan with the down flow and no motor fan.
Here the average daytime temperature
is in the 90's. I do think the louvers let a bunch of heat out although at
lights it does approach 200 on the gauge but when moving it cools fast to
180 -190. On slow uphill drives it does get hot but never boiled over.
No rust problems as many hi per cars get them from the factory, poor
example:but the TR7 & 8s have them. And I do pop the hood every so often to
check things. (G)
Do I need a rock like Chucks?
