bill,
2 things, 1, the tank size and the compressor's ability to recover pressure
is very importaint.
a big tank is notthe most importaint thing, but a decent capacity is very
importaint!
the second thing is are there any restrictions in the outlet? like a
pressure regulator that is not cranked up to deliver the available pressure?
if equiped with a regulator, then you should be able to throttle the outlet
pressure from 5lbs up to near maximum pressure in the tank as an outlet
pressure.
either you have a very tiny tank or there is something restricting the
outlet pressure and you need to find out where and why?
chuck.
my compressor's tank blows! 120lbs main line pressure.
