hand brake stuck!!!

soak-soak-soak(penetrating oil) and if it still persists in not coming
undone...try heat.  heat head of bolt and let it cool.   heat and lset it
cool try slightly tightening it before unscrewing it.  if it gets real tight
try to screw it back in and liberally spray it with penetrating oil.  work
it back and forth. to get it out.   that's my best without being there.....
