Internet Explorer uses shortcuts.
However, Herb is using Netscape, where the Bookmarks are links in an
HTML file. When you delete the link in the HTML file, and close the
editor, the modified HTML file overwrites the previous bookmark file.
Nothing goes in the recycle bin, because no file had been deleted, just
edited.
