Brad, I used pipe insullation for the size bar involved. It is inexpensive, dark color, and stays on well (at over 100MPH) with just contact cement. You need to custom cut the pieces and fit them well B4 using the cement. I have since covered the whole thing, but ran with just the foam and won shows that way. No ugly tape or tie groves.
