Everyone knows that a popular hobby in Pennsylvania is "spotlighting" where 
people just want to see the pretty deer.  They wouldn't think of shooting one.

There are even state erected signs that say "No Spotlighing Beyond This 
Point".  But again, noone would shoot a poor deer at night, wouldn't be 
sporting.

RH...and yes the checks in the mail, and I've always worn cowboy boots.
