John,
From my limited experience, do not sell any of those parts until you
have your car complete and running. You will need them. In fact, I'll
go further. Don't even trade old parts unless you are getting
something you know you need _right now_ for your restoration. The
exception, for me, is if there is a spridgeteer who needs something I
have get his car on the road. I have never regretted giving a spare
part to someone who was stuck and needed it. I often regret selling a
part just for money; its cousin is usually the very next thing to
break on my car!
