I don't know how original you want to keep it, but check out a diesel 
eqipment supplier...heavy diesel trucks use a generic throttle lock that 
works the same way...pull the knob, twist it, and it locks wherever you have 
pulled it to.  The generic aspect should make this more economical that a 
Moss "original".
