I had a breakdown near alamogordo, NM, a couple of years ago and wound up needing a torque wrench. The Auto Zone in Alamo had a loaner that could be special ordered thru them. Wasn't the $9.95 wrench, either, more like $50. Gotta tellya sumpin'. ;^) I have a Craftsman 1/2" drive micrometer torque wrench that I've owned for 20+ years. It's still working and the calibation is still right. If that's the one you saw at Sears, it's worth the $$. CR |
