Rob,
This is a job for a machine shop as the hole must be perpendicular
to the block, and they can tap the hole using the same equipment used to
drill so that the threads are aligned properly as well. They can also
drill a standard head for the 2 extra studs using a head gasket as a
guide. I would not try doing this at home.
