"67 Spruite

I need some help.
The ID plate on my Sprite has the M code for a Cowley car.
The serial number is HAN 9L 69198 M.
The chassis number is 66198

Can anyone verify if this is / is not a Cowley car based on the chassis #

The answer will REALLY affect how I go about refurbishing / restoring this car.
