A Q-tip??  Allen, you shouldn't be in such a hurry!!!!!!  Using a broad brush 
dryer like a 
Q-tip can damage the finish.  An eye-dropper will remove the water in small 
increments thus protecting the delicate balance of the engine compartment.  
And dry with a single dead cat hair.  <G>
