I used 3 things when I painted my Rostyle wheels:
Rustoleum Gloss Black, Gloss Silver, and Krylon Clear
High Gloss enamel (as a final top coat) BTW paint was
no more than 4.00 per can total of +- two cans each
color for a total of 24.00 which equates to a cost
less than 2 cans of Moss paint. The rims look great!
