That would be a "Dumb Previous Owner" , Kevin.  Those guys who used to own 
your little LBC (Little British Car) and took stupid shortcuts for quick 
fixes, or tried fixing something they were ignorant of.  Like mixing wire 
color schemes, filling with Bondo over holes with no metal behind it, putting 
in the clutch disk backwards (happened to mine), etc.  Welcome to the list.
