Pardon my ignorance, but how the hell do you get the heater knob off from the dash on a '71 sprite? I have removed the cable and the nut which secures it to the dash (it's now loose) but I can't for the life of me work out how I get the control switch free of the dash, As I cannot remove the black pull knob!
