Sorry, to complete the picture,

I run no coolant, only water wetter.  I have a thermostatically 
controlled fan on the front of the radiator.  It is clean and unplugged 
throughout.  I believe it is the 100+ HP being squeezed out by the 
turbocharger that adds to the heat problems.  I've not seen it yet 
myself, but it's only January.
