Good description of pulling the engine.  One thing I found helpful on 
my 77 Midget when pulling and replacing the engine was to place a large
floor jack under the rear end.  This allowed me to jack up the back
of the car and reduce how far I had to tip the engine, and I could
change the angle of attack by raising or lowering the car.
