Well, because around here at least, they are clean and convenient. Mom and
Pop wont sell tires at a discount, are not Michlien dealers, and have the
warrenty program of Pertronix or worse.
I actually patronize a couple of "local chains" because I am not bilinual
enough to deal with Mom and Pop..
