| I bought a Ravi Shankar 8 cartridge in '69, and I always marvelled at the observation that no matter how many times I hit the track change button, the music sounded exactly the same; no change in tone, melody, or volume, or quality, for that matter; forty five minutes of the same three out-of-tune notes droning on and on. Who could concentrate on raching nirvana listening to that??? Mark Childers |
