My son was rear-ended in his 320is by an out of state driver.  They swapped 
papers, but when we put in the claim, the other driver claimed she wasn't in 
Mass. that weekend, that she had lost her pocketbook while here the week 
before, and that my son must have found her pocketbook and was making up a 
phony story that her car  had hit him so he could defraud the insurance 
company.  Sheeesh!
