When I put the first Fiat engine in, it fitted perfectly on the 1500 frame.
When I converted to a 2000cc motor, it fouled the hood[bonnet] so I had to
modify. I made a wooden box on the floor and filled it with wet plaster
before placing an MGC hood upside-down in it. This mould then gave me a GRP
hood to graft onto the existing front end. Easy!
As for putting photographs onto a web site.....bit difficult as I have only
just learnt how to type and to load disks! I'm getting a scanner for
Chrimbo so if anyone wants photos, send me your address.
