Terry,
You may be pleasantly surprised when you call Moss to tell them what
happened. I can honestly say that I have never had a problem with returning
something to Moss (unlike with the other usual suspects). For example, I
ordered a windscreen for an MGB a few years ago, and when it got to me, it
was scratched. I called Moss in Goleta and they shipped another one out to
me right away, no questions asked. They did not even require me to send the
damaged one back to them.
