Price on 1275 ribcase

Paul Tegler is looking for a 1275 ribcase tranny.  I happen to have one in
great shape(with my custom short shift installed, 1st to 2nd is around 2").

I was going to wait until I finish my Rotary project (it's the driveline
from my only mg!) but since a fellow lister is in need I will happily sell
them early.  My question, what would a fair price be for it. $300?  Let me
know.
