Any of you guys with jacks that don't think they're worth $150...
I need one for the race car... they're far better than any floor jack when
the car is lowered. I've seen guys make an adaptor to fit their floor jack
so it goes in the hole... but that still means the jack must roll, and at
the pits, often we're on grass. The stock jack just slides in an out a bit
as the angle changes.
So, I need a jack... doesn't need to be pretty. I'm going to saw off the
handle, and weld a 13/16ths" nut to what remains of the shaft, so I can use
my cordless drill or electric impact at the track to spin her up or down.
Anyone got one... cheap?
